Once an order is confirmed, our artisans begin the production process using premium materials, ensuring both durability and elegance. Production typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the item.

How long does delivery take and do you offer nationwide shipping?
Delivery time depends on the item and its production status. For made-to-order items, production usually takes 2–4 weeks, and delivery takes an additional 2–5 working days depending on your location. We offer delivery across Egypt, and our team will contact you ahead of time to schedule a convenient delivery date. In many cases, we also offer in-home assembly to make the process easier for you.
